CoServ Customer Service - The Best

My wife and I have been CoServ Customers for 4-5 years and we agree that their customer service and care has been the best of any utility that has serviced our home or apt.

We received email from CoServ Marketing offering to help resolve the situation; she forwarded message to Director of Customer Service. We received call from Director of Customer Service wanting to discuss situation.

I left vm with Director of CS. Director of CS emailed and asked to call him on Monday.

I emailed CoServ Marketing and asked for them asking to allows us to pay August and September bills on Sept. 10th - two extra business. Why so much back and forth????
It has NEVER been a complicated issue to make an arrangment with CS; it's not like we've been calling every month over the past 4-5 years asking to make arranagements or that we do not pay our bill....
